Returns

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if you live outside the Netherlands, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty items). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.

European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason, without providing a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 20 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
